Bob Hart
Bob Hart
Director
Upon completing his Architectural Degree, Bob gained his initial experience in a small Fremantle based Architectural practice. After 4 years in the private sector, Bob accepted a position within Western Power’s Civil and Architectural Branch and was subsequently appointed to the role of Principal Architect after 7 years in the organization. He then went on to hold this position for 11 years prior to establishing Hart Architects in 1995.
With more than 40 years of experience in architecture and design, Bob has seen an enormous cross section of projects from both private and public perspectives, comprising of multiple disciplines such as retail design, industrial buildings, power generation and maintenance structures, education projects, corporate fitout, heritage projects and multi-rise residential developments.
He is keenly aware of client expectations and well practiced at managing project timeframes as well as keeping to budgets. With a long and comprehensive list of successful projects, Bob has both the depth and breadth of knowledge to be an asset to any Architectural project. More than just a designer, Bob has also spent many hours on the tools himself, including the building of several houses, examples which point to Bob’s ‘hands-on approach’ to solving problems and down to earth attitude.
Bob is also an avid golfer and can add a hole-in-one to his list of life achievements. Other pastimes he enjoys include supporting the Fremantle Dockers and relaxing with his family in laid back Bridgetown.
