CAD Draftsperson

Adam joined Hart Architects in 2010 as a CAD draftsperson and has developed into an experienced documenter/designer.

Through Adam’s considerable skills in 2D, 3D and other visual presentation software, he has brought significant value to projects as a whole – helping clients, contractors and consultant teams to fully understand how the building elements interface.

This was demonstrated with Adam’s documentation of Komatsu Parts Distribution Centre in Welshpool, a massive warehouse incorporating a showroom and first floor offices. Adam worked closely with the client and all consultants, especially the structural engineers, to ensure the structure, services, client’s predetermined racking, storage and materials movement systems as well as the natural ventilation and fire mitigation arrangements all integrated without compromise. This building was awarded the Master Builders Association ‘Best Industrial Building’ for 2015. 

Adam’s passion for music production and online gaming is only matched by his support for the Fremantle Dockers AFL team.
